You will assist guests with their luggage, provide information about hotel amenities, and ensure a warm welcome upon arrival. You will ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures while offering excellent customer service and local information. Additionally, you will assist with delivering packages, maintaining the lobby area, and coordinating with the front desk for guest requests.
