Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie who enjoys variety, new challenges, and working in different kitchen environments? Then joining our Flex Brigade could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of the Flex Brigade, you will work for different clients in a range of restaurants, hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues. This means no two workplaces are the same. We are looking for chefs who can quickly adapt to new teams, new kitchens, and new ways of working.

What will you do?

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the kitchen team during service. Because you will work at different locations, your flexibility and professional attitude are essential.

Longer placements possible

In the Flex Brigade, you will regularly receive opportunities for longer-term assignments. When this happens, you can decide what suits you best:

• continue with flexible assignments at different locations, or
• stay for several weeks or months at one venue

This gives you the freedom to choose the type of work experience that fits your preferences.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for chefs who enjoy working in a flexible role and who can perform well in changing environments. Experience as a Chef de Partie is important, but mindset matters just as much: enthusiasm, adaptability, and flexibility are key.
