Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Atleast 1yr of experience in account management, project coordination, or clinical operations. Experience in clinical healthcare management is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
    • Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Job Descriptions:

Account Coordination

  1. Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with Principals, Brokers, and deployed healthcare professionals
  2. Plans, coordinates, organizes, makes available healthcare professionals for health services appropriate to the needs of clients
  • Through the deployed healthcare professionals, ensures clinic operations and implementation of all company processes, procedures, and protocols.
  • Submits medical and DOLE reports with data analytics and recommended interventions as deemed appropriate
  • Ensures inventory control, procurement of medicines, inventory and procurement of clinic medicines and supplies 

3. Manages assigned Account Coordinators.
