MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer concerns, issues, complaints and provide resolutions; Assist with other administrative tasks as needed;
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
- must be able to start right away
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Educate customers on the value of our services
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
