About the job Customer Service/Customer Care Specialist
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compiling a daily list of sales leads
- Dialing through lead lists to set appointments;
- Update and create sales report;
- Delegating leads to the sales department;
- Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
- Providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
- Process complaints and issues related to products or services.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
- must be able to start right away
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Really good with spreadsheets and other Office Productivity tools.
- Has really good communication and comprehension skills, given the virtual nature of the relationship with the client
- Comfortable working on odd jobs as required by the client .
