About the job Customer Service/Customer Care Specialist

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compiling a daily list of sales leads
  • Dialing through lead lists to set appointments;
  • Update and create sales report;
  • Delegating leads to the sales department;
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
  • Providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
  • Process complaints and issues related to products or services.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent analytical, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Really good with spreadsheets and other Office Productivity tools.
  • Has really good communication and comprehension skills, given the virtual nature of the relationship with the client
  • Comfortable working on odd jobs as required by the client .
