- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts

- Individuals that have past retention and customer care/service experience (atleast a year of exp).
- Ability to critically think
- Ability to show empathy and strong conflict resolution skills
- Can take direction and handle escalations
