About the job Administrative VA/Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • will be doing data entry on billings, invoices, and sales;
  • Google sheet discrepancies support;
  • Will be doing follow ups/call reschedules, and answer representative inquiries regarding pay;
  • Will plot points and calculate usage;
  • Will update M2S (Marketing to Sales) and Install Dates into the system/CRM/sheets;
  • Will handle Miscellaneous Tasks in TickTick App
  • Occasionally do graphic designing

Important Reminders:

  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City, Cebu office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

Qualifications:

  • Excellent typing skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Excel, and Google Suite (esp Google Spreadsheets).
  • has experience with high caliber data entry
  • basic graphic design skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Atleast 6 months work experience on same/related role 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
