• A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced cold calling environment
• Comfortable to make contact with respondents in a B2B or B2C setting
• Exudes confidence
• Knows how to handle rejections and has the skills to convert them into positive responses
• Very sales-oriented person
• Genuinely loves talking to people
