Responsibilities

  • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Find a resolution for the customer that benefits them and keeps/retain them with the company.
  • Gathering information about customer complaints.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
  • must be willing and able to work the night shift
  • must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
  • must be able to start right away

Qualifications:

  • Individuals that have past retention and customer care/service experience (atleast a year of exp).
  • Ability to critically think
  • Ability to show empathy and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Can take direction and handle escalations
