Security Analyst

What effort do you need to make?

• Develop, build, maintain and test security systems their effectiveness
• Monitoring computer networks for security issues
• Work with Security Operation Centre in response to security events detected
• Collect and analyse information to support security metric, management reporting and investigation of information security events
• Provide information security advice and requirement to IT teams for application, system and network implementation
• Appropriately respond to security breaches and investigate how they occurred
• Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
• Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
• Stay current on Information Technology (IT) security trends and news
• Provide design, FAT, UAT planning for security hardware/software installation and understand information security management
• Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them

Lets check if you are

• Degree holder major in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISA or CISM, OSPC or Crest certified etc.)
• 2 years of experience in information & cyber security engineering or solution implementation role from the banking and finance industry or security solution vendors
• Practical experience in technical implementation and configuration of information security solutions
• Good knowledge on information and cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Familiar with the regulatory environment of the banking and finance industry such as HKMA Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework C-RAF
• Be able to communication with stakeholders inside and outside IT
