About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and plans in coordination with the sales team
  • Evaluate existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Streamline and standardize sales processes, ensuring they are well-documented and communicated to the sales team
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate insights and identify trends
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales team and management
  • Develop sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to support accurate sales planning and resource allocation
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and budgets, and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in ICT industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
