Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for HKBN Enterprise Solutions that drive demand and revenue for our IT and telecommunications solutions in the SME and mid-market segments. This role encompasses go-to-market (GTM) planning, product messaging, digital and field marketing, competitive analysis, budget management, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, well organized, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEM, social media, email), content development, and field events.
  • Develop GTM strategies: define target segments, buyer personas, value propositions, and positioning against competitive offerings.
  • Translate customer and market data into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive and market analyses to inform messaging, product differentiation, and market opportunity identification.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marcom, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely campaign delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, establishing clear objectives, development plans, and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key partners, including associations, solution providers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage the marketing budget: forecasting, allocation, tracking expenditures, and reporting on spend versus results.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on campaign results, pipeline progression, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within the information technology or telecommunications industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing GTM campaigns that deliver measurable demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms - Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a positive, can-do attitude.
