Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement within our diversified customers sectors. This role will focus on small enterprises and retail businesses, ensuring that our products and services are effectively promoted and adopted
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to support sales objectives and drive partner engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to promote products and services through channel partners.
- Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to the needs of customer sectors assigned.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the telecommunications industry.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and partner activities, using data to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Training & Support: Collaborating with solution teams to provide training and support to internal sales ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in channel marketing/ telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
