Associate Technical Consultant (Jira)

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation and customized enterprise service management solutions using Atlassian Jira software, with a focus on Jira Service Management.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into Jira Service Management configurations.
• Support development and customize approval workflows and lifecycle management processes on Jira Service Management.
• Integrate Jira Service Management with other tools and systems, such as CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and network device administration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Jira Service Management configurations and customizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge in Atlassian Jira software is an advantage
• Knowledge/Hands on experience in Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with network device administration and automation tools, such as Ansible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
