About the Role...
- Perform system monitoring and health checking, frontline technical support in Data Center
- Perform system installation/maintenance, backup/restoration
- Perform routine voice service provisioning, trouble ticket handling, fault reporting and quality control on integrated voice network
- Co-work with other teams to perform incident/problem management on different connectivity service
- Perform test plan and provide support on user acceptance testing and system implementation
- Assist Network Engineers on general support of voice network operation
About You...
- 7x24 shift duty is required
- DSE above with 1 year relevant experience
- Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Networking / Telecommunications or related disciplines without relevant experience will also be considered
- Basic knowledge in LINUX command and shell script is preferred
- Enthusiastic, good interpersonal skill and be a good team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
