About the Role

• Conduct research and evaluate emerging Data/AI technologies, and make recommendations on how they can be leveraged to improve our capabilities.
• Lead Data/AI architecture transformation projects and ensure that our technology infrastructure meets our business needs.
• Provide end-to-end data management for data acquisition and processing, data quality, and governance for the Enterprise Data platform.
• Provide leadership to architects and developers in designing, developing, and implementing AI/Data solutions that meet business requirements and goals.
• Work with the senior leaders in defining the technology strategy, solutions and architecture in Data Analytics, AI and ML.
• Establish the best practice for data science workflows and MLOps.
• Build a Data COE across the business and technology in the organization.

About You

• Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years experience in data architecture development.
• Hand-on Experience in implementing data solutions on Azure and On-Premises Data Warehouse with some of the below technologies.
  Python, Jupyter, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure ML.
  QlikView, Tableau.
  Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pentaho, Hive and MapReduce.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective negotiating, time-management, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Self-Confident, ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
• Certifications in Big Data, AI, ML would be highly advantageous.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
