Opportunity Summary
We are currently welcoming applications for a Travel Consultant position from individuals who enjoy working with people and exploring vacation possibilities. In this role, you wil assist travelers as they evaluate destinations, review package options, and move forward with organizing their trips using established supplier partnerships.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who likes conversations about travel, enjoys helping others make decisions, and is interested in building experience within the travel planning space. Training resources and mentorship support are provided, making this position accessible even without prior industry experience.
What You'll Do in This Role
- Connect with travelers to learn about their destination interests and timing preferences
- Share information about available packages such as resorts, cruises, guided vacations, and excursions
- Help clients compare itinerary options that align with their requests and budget ranges
- Assist with coordinating reservations through approved travel booking platforms
- Provide updates related to confirmations, trip details, and next planning steps
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, email, and online messaging tools
- Stay informed about supplier promotions, seasonal travel opportunities, and trending destinations
- Maintain accurate documentation within client planning records
