About the Role

We are seeking organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Booking Support Specialists. This position focuses on helping clients move from vacation ideas to properly coordinated arrangements by assisting with research, reservation support, and important follow-up throughout the process.

You will help review available options, organize booking information, and provide clear communication as clients prepare for their trips. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client details such as preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, special requests, and budget guidelines.
  • Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options using approved supplier resources.
  • Support the booking process by organizing selected services, reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information, answer routine questions, provide updates, and assist with standard booking modifications when needed.
  • Review reservation details for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain organized records, and continue developing supplier and destination knowledge.
