We are seeking a driven, organized, and client-focused Virtual Vacation Planning Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will create customized vacation experiences for leisure and corporate clients worldwide, managing every detail from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design personalized vacation itineraries tailored to each clients preferences and budget

• Conduct client consultations to identify travel goals, special requests, and expectations

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and experiences

• Book and confirm all travel arrangements including air, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and event tickets

• Stay current on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry regulations

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and vendor webinars to maintain certifications and expand expertise

• Create marketing and promotional materials to generate new business opportunities

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

• Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Highly organized and able to work independently

• Reliable internet access and smartphone required (laptop recommended)
