Summary Overview

We are looking for reliable, detail-minded individuals to join our remote team as Travel Assistance Specialist. This position is focused on helping clients navigate the vacation-planning process by researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and providing responsive support from the initial request through final confirmation.

The role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with customers, keeping information organized, and handling details accurately. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn about client preferences, destination interests, travel dates, budgets, and special requests
  • Research and evaluate hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other vacation services
  • Prepare and present suitable options based on individual client needs
  • Assist with reservation coordination through approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Review traveler information, dates, confirmations, and booking requirements for accuracy
  • Provide clients with timely updates and important information regarding their arrangements
  • Respond to questions and assist with routine modifications or service requests
  • Track important booking details, deadlines, and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, promotions, and available services through ongoing education

  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to develop new skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying countries
