Are you someone who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping create seamless travel experiences? We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Travel Assistance Specialists.

In this role, you will help clients navigate travel options, coordinate trip details, and provide support throughout the vacation planning process. Whether arranging a relaxing getaway, cruise vacation, family holiday, destination event, or international adventure, you'll help ensure travelers have the information and assistance they need every step of the way.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development resources are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with exploring destinations, vacation packages, and travel opportunities
  • Research accommodations, transportation options, cruises, tours, and activities
  • Help travelers compare options and identify experiences that fit their preferences and budget
  • Coordinate reservation details and travel-related arrangements
  • Provide timely assistance and updates throughout the planning process
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to confirm bookings and travel services
  • Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel information for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservation details
  • Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and promotional offers
  • Deliver exceptional support and service designed to enhance the traveler experience

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer support, hospitality, tourism, travel, sales, or service-oriented roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
