What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, timelines, and budgets
• Recommend tailored vacation options including resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Research and compare travel packages using approved booking platforms
• Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements accurately
• Provide helpful insights that guide clients toward confident booking decisions
• Communicate clearly through email, phone, and digital messaging tools
• Assist with itinerary updates, adjustments, and client service requests
• Maintain organized client profiles and booking documentation
• Participate in onboarding sessions and continued professional training
