Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Vacation Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, flights, hotels, and tours.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and working independently from home. No prior travel experience is required—training and ongoing support are provided. Multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and book vacations, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions

• Provide destination recommendations and personalized travel guidance

• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

• Manage bookings, confirmations, itinerary updates, and changes

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation

• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier offerings, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks 

• Comfortable using computers and online booking systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must reside in an eligible hiring region
