Key Responsibilities

• Assist families with planning customized vacations based on their needs, schedules, and budgets
• Research destinations, family-friendly resorts, cruises, tours, and activity options
• Provide helpful travel suggestions and planning guidance tailored to group travel needs
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
• Coordinate reservations and confirmations using approved travel supplier systems
• Stay informed about family-focused travel opportunities, seasonal promotions, and destination updates
• Maintain organized client profiles and accurate booking documentation
• Support clients throughout the planning process from inquiry to confirmation

Qualifications

• Interest in travel planning, customer support, or working with families
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
