Overview
We are currently growing our remote travel operations team and are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join us as Travel Services Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with managing travel arrangements, tracking important reservation details, and helping ensure each trip is organized smoothly from the planning stage through final confirmation.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling details, and staying organized in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry experience is necessary training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist travelers with vacation planning requests, schedules, and destination preferences
- Coordinate travel components such as accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
- Review and compare travel options using approved booking systems and supplier resources
- Keep clients informed regarding itinerary updates, reservation confirmations, and upcoming travel details
- Respond to questions and support requests through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
- Help manage booking revisions, schedule changes, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client records and organized documentation within internal systems
- Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier announcements, and destination information
- Participate in virtual onboarding, team trainings, and continued learning programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with email, online systems, and basic computer applications
- Reliable internet access and professional communication habits
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Interest in travel, hospitality, administration, or coordination-related roles
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Mexico, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
