Key Duties

  • Communicate with clients to discuss travel preferences, schedules, and vacation goals
  • Assist with arranging hotels, transportation, cruises, tours, and activity reservations
  • Research travel options and availability through approved supplier platforms
  • Provide timely updates regarding confirmations, itinerary progress, and next steps
  • Respond professionally to questions through phone, email, and online communication tools
  • Help manage booking adjustments, service requests, and follow-up support
  • Keep detailed and organized records within internal systems
  • Participate in onboarding sessions, virtual workshops, and ongoing development programs
