In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help bring their travel ideas to life guiding them through options, organizing key details, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to confirmation.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and timelines
• Assist with creating and organizing customized travel plans
• Research and compare options for accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Share recommendations and helpful insights based on client needs and budgets
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle updates, changes, and follow-up requests efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and track planning progress
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
