About the Role

How You Will Contribute
- Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
- Assist with organizing accommodations, transportation services, and excursion selections
- Share progress updates related to reservations and coordination timelines
- Review destination options and service availability through approved partner tools
- Respond to traveler questions using phone, email, and secure digital messaging platforms
- Help coordinate itinerary updates when changes arise
- Maintain clear and accurate planning notes within internal systems
- Participate in virtual orientation sessions and ongoing development opportunities
