Position Summary

We are currently adding new members to our planning support team and are inviting applications for an Independent Lifestyle Advisor opportunity. In this role, you'll work with individuals who are exploring ways to enhance their leisure time through travel experiences, destination getaways, and curated vacation options.

You'll help introduce travelers to available packages, guide them through selecting experiences that fit their interests, and assist with coordinating arrangements using established travel partner resources. This position is ideal for people who enjoy meaningful conversations, lifestyle-focused planning, and recommending experiences that create lasting memories.

No previous travel industry background is required. Structured onboarding and continued support are provided throughout the learning process.

Key Activities in This Role

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests and lifestyle preferences
• Share information about vacation experiences including cruises, resort stays, escorted tours, and specialty trips
• Help clients evaluate options that match their availability and travel priorities
• Support the reservation process through approved supplier platforms
• Provide updates related to itinerary steps and confirmation progress
• Communicate with clients using phone, email, and digital messaging tools
• Stay aware of new destination highlights and current promotional offers
• Maintain organized records related to client planning activity

Candidate Profile

• Enjoys helping others plan meaningful experiences and leisure activities
• Comfortable communicating with clients in a supportive and professional manner
• Backgrounds in service, hospitality, coordination, or client-facing roles are helpful but not required
• Able to manage tasks independently in a flexible environment
• Confident navigating online tools and web-based platforms
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must currently reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico or another approved hiring region
• Training resources and mentorship are provided
