Overview

Are you interested in a flexible remote opportunity where you can assist clients with planning memorable travel experiences while working independently from home?

We're currently adding new team members to support our growing client base as Travel Account Consultant. In this role, you'll guide individuals through available vacation options, help coordinate trip details, and support the booking process for a variety of travel experiences including resorts, cruises, tours, and customized itineraries.

This opportunity works especially well for individuals with backgrounds in customer support, scheduling, coordination, hospitality services, or remote administrative roles. 

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand travel interests and trip goals
• Review destination options, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide helpful comparisons to support client decision-making
• Assist with submitting reservation requests through approved booking systems
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Track itinerary progress and confirm travel details remain accurate
• Stay informed about seasonal travel offers and supplier updates
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and trip selections

Ideal Background

• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients in a professional setting
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Familiar with basic computer navigation and online tools
• Equipped with reliable high-speed internet access
• At least 18 years of age
• Located within the United States, United Kingdom, or other eligible regions

No previous travel experience is necessary. Training resources and mentorship are provided.
