Position Summary
We are seeking polished, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as VIP Client Services Coordinator. This role focuses on delivering attentive, personalized support to clients who value responsive communication, organized planning, and a smooth experience from initial inquiry through final trip preparation.
You will help identify suitable vacation options, coordinate requested arrangements, manage important details, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the planning process. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
- Build strong client relationships by learning about preferred destinations, dates, interests, priorities, special requests, and budget expectations.
- Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, private transfers, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved resources.
- Assist with coordinating selected services while keeping confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information accurate and organized.
- Provide elevated client support through timely updates, thoughtful follow-up, answers to planning questions, and assistance with routine changes or special requests.
- Maintain detailed client records, monitor important deadlines, review arrangements for accuracy, and continue developing knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
