Key Responsibilities
- Consult with travelers to understand their vacation objectives, interests, and travel preferences
- Explore destination options, resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, and unique travel experiences
- Recommend travel solutions tailored to individual needs, expectations, and budgets
- Assist with coordinating reservations, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning
- Communicate important trip information, confirmations, schedules, and travel updates
- Provide support for itinerary changes, special accommodations, and travel-related requests
- Review bookings and travel documentation to help maintain accuracy
- Track active travel plans and assist with completing outstanding travel details
- Maintain organized client profiles, trip records, and communication history within company systems
- Utilize company resources and supplier partnerships to support client travel needs
