Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning inquiries and travel-related requests
- Build rapport with travelers by learning about their interests, preferences, and travel objectives
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, and recreational activities
- Provide customized travel recommendations based on client needs, expectations, and budgets
- Support trip planning by coordinating reservations, itinerary details, and travel arrangements
- Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, required documentation, and important updates
- Assist travelers with itinerary changes, special accommodations, and service-related concerns
- Review booking details and travel information to help maintain accuracy and organization
- Monitor upcoming departures and assist with final travel preparations
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking activity using company systems
- Utilize approved supplier resources, travel tools, and company platforms to support client needs
- Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
