Summary Overview
Do you enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences while working independently in a flexible remote environment? We are seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our growing team as Independent Travel Consultants.
In this role, you will assist clients with exploring travel opportunities, creating customized vacation plans, and coordinating travel arrangements that align with their interests, schedules, and budgets. You'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the planning process, helping travelers make informed decisions and enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.
From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, wellness retreats, and international journeys, you'll help clients turn travel ideas into unforgettable memories.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and expectations
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
- Create personalized travel recommendations tailored to individual needs and budgets
- Assist with coordinating hotels, transportation, excursions, activities, and travel packages
- Guide travelers through available options and reservation decisions
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication tools
- Work with supplier partners to arrange and confirm travel services
- Track reservations, itinerary updates, and client requests
- Maintain accurate records of travel plans and client communications
- Stay informed about destination information, travel trends, and special offers
- Deliver exceptional service designed to build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, consulting, or client support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and provide excellent client service
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities remotely
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
