In this role, you will work directly with clients to explore travel ideas, coordinate trip arrangements, and help bring personalized vacation plans to life—all while managing your own schedule in a remote environment.

No prior experience is required, as full training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to plan and organize travel experiences including hotels, flights, cruises, and activities
• Identify travel options that align with client interests, timelines, and budgets
• Provide helpful insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Coordinate booking details with trusted travel suppliers and partners
• Maintain accurate records of client itineraries and travel arrangements
• Stay informed on travel opportunities, destination updates, and promotional offers
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking process

Qualifications

• Interest in building an independent, travel-focused role
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Organized and comfortable handling multiple client requests
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Mexico or other qualifying regions
