About the Role
We're currently expanding our travel support team and inviting applications for the position of Vacation Sales Specialist. In this client-focused role, you'll work with individuals and families who are exploring trip ideas and help guide them toward vacation options that match their interests, schedules, and budget goals.
This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy discussing destinations, recommending travel experiences, and assisting clients through the process of turning travel plans into confirmed bookings. Structured onboarding and ongoing support are provided, so prior industry experience is not required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speak with travelers to understand their vacation goals and preferences
- Present resort stays, cruise options, tour packages, and destination experiences aligned with client interests
- Help clients compare travel choices and identify suitable package options
- Support the reservation process using established travel supplier systems
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning process
- Share relevant promotions, seasonal travel opportunities, and package updates
- Coordinate itinerary details and confirmation steps with travel partners
- Keep organized records of client interactions and booking activity
What We're Looking For
- Interest in travel planning and vacation experiences
- Comfortable recommending options that fit client needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
