Position Overview

Looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can help others plan meaningful travel experiences? We're currently growing our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as a Remote Experience Consultant.

In this role, you'll assist clients with exploring vacation possibilities, comparing travel options, and coordinating personalized trip arrangements. From weekend escapes to international bucket-list journeys, you will play an important part in helping travelers turn ideas into confirmed plans all while working from home on your own schedule. 

This role tends to attract applicants with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, sales support, and remote coordination roles.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Work with clients to identify travel preferences, interests, and trip goals
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and experience packages
• Present travel solutions aligned with client timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
• Coordinate booking requests using approved travel supplier systems
• Stay informed about travel specials, destination updates, and seasonal opportunities
• Maintain organized client notes and itinerary details
• Support clients throughout the planning and confirmation process

Who We're Looking For

• Strong interest in working remotely in a client-support or planning role
• Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional virtual environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
