Overview

We are currently adding new team members to our remote travel support group and are seeking individuals interested in becoming Travel Services Consultant. In this role, you'll help clients explore travel possibilities, organize trip details, and assist with coordinating reservations for a wide range of vacation experiences.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning about destinations, and supporting clients through the travel planning process while working independently from home. 

Responsibilities

• Guide clients as they review vacation options such as resorts, cruises, guided tours, and activity packages
• Assist with researching destinations and comparing travel arrangements based on client needs
• Provide helpful suggestions to support informed travel decisions
• Communicate with clients through phone conversations, email, and online messaging tools
• Coordinate reservation requests through approved supplier systems
• Stay informed about current travel opportunities, supplier updates, and promotional offers
• Support clients throughout the planning process from inquiry through confirmation

What We're Looking For

• Interest in travel coordination, customer-facing support, or service-based roles
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage tasks independently in a remote environment
• Comfort using online tools and web-based platforms
• Reliable high-speed internet access required
