Position Overview

We are actively hiring Remote Travel Services Agents to assist clients with booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.

This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy customer service, organization, and helping clients create seamless travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. Multiple openings available.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and book domestic and international travel arrangements

• Coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, transfers, and excursions

• Provide professional travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

• Manage reservations, confirmations, itinerary updates, and schedule changes

• Assist with cancellations, modifications, and travel-related inquiries

• Maintain accurate booking documentation and client records

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination information

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

• Must be 18+ years old

• Must reside in an eligible hiring region
