Position Overview

Our team is currently growing, and we're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and supporting trip planning to join us as a Client-Focused Travel Advisor. In this remote role, you'll help travelers explore destination ideas, review vacation possibilities, and assist with arranging the details that bring their travel plans together.

This opportunity is well suited for applicants who like communicating with clients, organizing information, and working independently in a flexible home-based environment. Whether someone is planning a cruise, resort stay, or multi-stop journey abroad, you'll help guide them through available options. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests and preferences
  • Present suitable vacation options including accommodations, cruises, tours, and bundled experiences
  • Assist with coordinating reservation requests through approved travel systems
  • Share helpful destination knowledge and planning suggestions
  • Communicate with clients through phone conversations, email, and secure messaging tools
  • Review itinerary updates and support confirmation accuracy
  • Stay aware of supplier promotions and seasonal travel opportunities
  • Maintain organized client profiles and trip documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in travel services, customer interaction roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
  • Comfortable navigating online tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
  • No prior travel industry background required onboarding support included
