Key Responsibilities

• Research destination options including resorts, cruises, tours, and activity experiences
• Present suitable travel recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets
• Communicate with clients through email, phone conversations, and online messaging platforms
• Coordinate reservations using approved booking systems and supplier resources
• Provide updates regarding itinerary details, confirmations, and travel opportunities
• Maintain organized documentation of client profiles and booking information
• Stay informed about current travel offers and destination highlights

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Interest in client support, advisory-style roles, or travel coordination
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
• No previous experience required — structured training included
