Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with customized destination planning and destination research

  • Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services

  • Provide accurate destination information and thoughtful recommendations

  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

  • Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly

  • Maintain detailed and organized client records

  • Follow booking procedures and company guidelines

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
