  • Monitor itinerary progress and provide timely confirmation updates
  • Review destination services and package options through approved coordination platforms
  • Respond to client questions across email, phone, and secure messaging channels
  • Assist with itinerary revisions and service follow-ups when adjustments occur
  • Maintain accurate coordination notes using internal workflow systems
  • Participate in virtual training sessions and skill-building workshops
