Position Overview
We are currently welcoming applicants for a Guest Experience Consultant position within our remote team. In this role, you'll assist guests as they prepare upcoming travel experiences by helping review available trip options, organizing reservation details, and ensuring planning information remains accurate throughout the process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy supporting others, staying organized across multiple requests, and working independently using online tools in a home-based environment.
Previous experience in the travel field is not required. Guided onboarding and ongoing learning resources are provided.
Responsibilities
- Connect with guests to understand their travel requests, timelines, and preferences
- Support the coordination of accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activity selections
- Review available packages using approved partner booking systems
- Share helpful planning guidance aligned with guest expectations and budgets
- Communicate with guests through email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Participate in scheduled virtual training sessions and team collaboration meetings
Seeking
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail when handling planning information
- Comfort working with browser-based tools and online systems
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet access and general computer familiarity
