In this role, you wont just book trips — you'll build relationships, create personalized travel experiences, and keep clients excited from their first inquiry to their return home. Your ability to connect, communicate, and deliver exceptional service will turn first-time travelers into lifelong clients.

No prior experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

• Consult with business and leisure clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and timelines

• Design and coordinate customized vacations, tours, and excursions

• Research fares, schedules, and travel options to secure the best value

• Calculate total travel costs and present clear package options

• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and special events

• Educate clients on travel requirements (passports, visas, documentation)

• Provide destination insights including weather, attractions, and local customs

• Manage itinerary changes and provide solutions if adjustments arise

• Maintain detailed client records to ensure seamless service

• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
