Role Overview

We are expanding our growing team and currently inviting applications for a Home-Based Sales Consultant position. In this role, you'll assist individuals and families who are exploring vacation ideas by introducing destination options, presenting package experiences, and helping coordinate trip arrangements through trusted travel partners.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to understand their travel goals, timelines, and preferences
  • Present vacation options such as resort stays, cruises, guided tours, and packaged getaways
  • Help travelers review choices that align with their expectations and spending plans
  • Assist with organizing reservations using approved booking platforms
  • Follow up with clients regarding confirmations and itinerary updates
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online messaging systems
  • Stay informed about supplier announcements, promotions, and destination highlights
  • Maintain organized client notes and planning records

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Enjoys working with people and recommending services based on individual needs
  • Comfortable engaging in conversations that support decision-making
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or coordination roles is helpful but not required
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
  • Familiar with basic computer tools and web-based systems
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must currently reside in the US, UK, Australia or another approved hiring region
  • No previous travel industry experience required — training support is provided
