Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Remote Client Experience Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements while delivering an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to confirmation.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexibility, structured training, and ongoing support. No prior travel industry experience is required.
Responsibilities

Coordinate travel bookings including accommodations, cruises, and related services

Provide destination information and itinerary guidance based on client preferences

Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Manage booking updates, changes, and related requests

Required Qualifications
