Role Requirements

• Communicating with clients to learn about their destination interests and timing preferences
• Supporting the coordination of resort stays, cruise vacations, transportation options, and excursions
• Reviewing available package selections through approved booking systems
• Preparing planning summaries and confirmation information
• Providing general guidance aligned with client budgets and trip expectations
• Responding to updates related to itinerary adjustments when needed

Qualifications

• Clear communication habits across email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Strong attention to planning details and timelines
• Comfort learning new browser-based systems
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests
• Confidence working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet access and general computer familiarity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
