In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for travelers by helping them explore vacation possibilities, answer travel-related questions, and coordinate travel arrangements tailored to their needs. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, group travel, and international getaways, you'll help create smooth and enjoyable travel experiences while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with clients and understand their travel interests and goals
- Assist travelers with evaluating destinations, vacation packages, cruises, and travel experiences
- Research accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets
- Support clients throughout the planning, booking, and preparation process
- Communicate through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate reservation details with supplier partners and travel vendors
- Monitor itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel requests
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking information
- Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry developments
- Deliver professional, responsive service that enhances the overall client experience
Qualifications
- Interest in customer engagement, hospitality, travel, tourism, sales, or client services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
