Primary Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to learn about their destination interests and travel 
  • Assist with arranging resort stays, cruises, transportation options, and activity experiences
  • Review available travel packages through approved partner systems
  • Provide helpful planning insights based on client preferences and trip goals
  • Respond to questions related to itinerary updates and adjustments
  • Prepare organized planning summaries and confirmation details
  • Maintain accurate digital files related to client travel requests
  • Participate in virtual learning sessions and team collaboration updates

Qualification

  • Strong communication habits across email, messaging platforms, and phone conversations
  • Attention to detail when managing planning information
  • Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple planning requests
  • Confidence working independently from a home-based workspace
  • Reliable internet access and general computer familiarity
  • Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
