Position Overview

We are currently growing our remote operations team and inviting applications from individuals who enjoy organization, customer interaction, and coordinating travel details. As a Travel Reservations Specialist, you will assist clients with securing vacation arrangements, managing itinerary components, and helping ensure reservations are completed accurately for a variety of travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with booking accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
• Review traveler preferences to help identify suitable reservation options and destination choices
• Provide helpful information and support throughout the booking process
• Maintain communication with clients through email, online platforms, and phone when appropriate
• Work alongside travel suppliers to coordinate confirmations, updates, and itinerary changes
• Keep reservation records and travel documentation accurate within internal systems
• Monitor current travel promotions, supplier announcements, and destination updates
• Support clients from the initial inquiry stage through finalized reservations

Candidate Qualifications

• Interest in reservation coordination, hospitality, or customer support services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with online tools, internet navigation, and computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved regions
